Iliotibial Band Stretch, Standing
			
		Stand, hands on hips, 
one leg crossed in front 
of other leg. Lean to same side as front leg until stretch is felt on other hip. 
Hold ___ seconds. 
Change foot position 
and lean to same side. 
Hold ___ seconds.

per session.
